The Meraki system

A complete professional
system for home espresso.

Integrated workflow

Grind. Dose. Brew. Steam.

One machine handles every step, and the auto-assist does the measuring for you.
1

Grind

Fresh beans, ground to your dose automatically.

2

Dose

Weighed to the gram — no scale, no scooping.

3

Brew

Auto-stops at your target yield for a balanced shot.

4

Steam

Silky milk that stops at the perfect temperature.

Professional power

Café-grade power.

Café machines cost more because of what's inside. Meraki brings the same real parts home — here's what each one does for your cup.

No waiting for milk drinks

Two separate heat systems — dual boilers — brew your shot and steam milk at once, with no pausing.

The same shot, every time

A commercial rotary pump holds café-steady pressure from first drop to last — and stays quiet.

Silky, café-style milk

A powerful dry steam wand textures milk smooth and glossy — enough to pour latte art.

Measured control

Built to Repeat Your Best.

From dose to yield to milk temperature, Meraki measures the variables that shape your cup—with a grind scale, brew scale, and milk sensor working together to make your best results easier to repeat.

One purchase, done right

Skip the guesswork of
buying three machines.

No researching which grinder is good. No scale that never fits. Meraki arrives calibrated as one system.

Questions, answered.

Is it good for beginners? + -

Yes. Commercial-grade hardware with a guided touchscreen and built-in scales — great results from your first morning.

What makes it repeatable? + -

It weighs both your dose and your yield inside the machine — a home first — and auto-stops at target, so a great cup repeats instead of happening by chance.

Do I still need a separate grinder or scale? + -

No. An espresso-tailored grinder and dual built-in scales are part of the machine. Everything you need is in the box.

Can I brew and steam at the same time? + -

Yes. Two independent boilers let you pull a shot and steam milk at once — no waiting, no temperature drop.

How long does it take to heat up? + -

About 3-4 minutes.

What about returns and warranty? + -

A 30-day home trial and a 2-year warranty, with local authorized service. See the return policy for details.

I thought my last coffee machine could not get

I thought my last coffee machine could not get any better ! Then along came my Meraki! Looks beautiful! Easy to use. Total control of my coffee. And it tastes amazing. Yes I am a coffee snob. I admit it. And this machine meets every single coffee snob wants & needs. Thank you for making such an amazing machine. If the house was burning down my Meraki would be heading out the door with me. Bravo! And well done Meraki !!

We’ve had our machine for about three weeks now

We’ve had our machine for about three weeks now. We have had the chance to make many lattes and we love it! We are beginners to the coffee world but Meraki and also using YouTube videos has made it very easy to learn how to make some solid espresso, lattes and many other drinks. As long as the Meraki can withhold for many years to come and continue making excellent professional espresso for us, 5/5 stars year after year!

My Perfect Solution

After nearly a year of deep research on replacing my Jura S8 workhorse I made the choice to move forward with the Meraki Gen 2. Being accustomed to a single button morning espresso drink I wanted something that challenged my workflow and improved the result without an obsessive process. The Meraki fits the need perfectly, integrating multiple espresso accessories into a single unit. Important points are integrated scales dual rotary pumps PID control, software updates, excellent design and quality components. After two months of use my espresso shots using multiple coffee beans produced an excellent result. As for latte art, well that takes special skill and an effort for consistency, still more practice is needed.
For me this is the perfect machine and my experience with Meraki Technical Support has been excellent. I look forward to many more superb coffee drinks along with an improving barista skill set.

My dream machine, with only one minor drawback

I purchased the Meraki to upgrade my old Brevill esspresso machine. So far I've been really impressed with my Meraki espresso machine. One of my favorite things about it is its versatility. It gives me the freedom to make so many customizations, allowing me to dial in the perfect shot of espresso and create drinks exactly the way I like them.

The build quality is excellent, and it's been a pleasure to use while learning and improving my home barista skills.

My only complaint is the metal-on-metal sound the portafilter makes when I lock it into the group head. It doesn't seem to affect performance, but it can be a little unpleasant and makes the machine feel less refined than it otherwise is.

Overall, this is an outstanding espresso machine that consistently produces excellent coffee. The versatility and ability to customize every aspect of the brewing process far outweigh my one minor complaint. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium home espresso machine.

If your looking for an upgraded machine the Meraki is a no brainer.

Overall: 4.5/5

Love It

I upgraded to this from my Gaggia Classic that I’ve had for 10 years. I think between the grinder and the modifications I made to that espresso maker, it cost about the same as the Meraki. But the Meraki is in another league. The precision, the consistency, the simplicity all make it the best espresso machine I’ve ever had. And it’s quite nice looking.

I love the consistency

I love the precision engineering of the Meraki! I no longer have to guess if I have the right amount of ground coffee, if my brewing time was too long or too short and whether the milk is properly steamed. Every shot is excellent and my latte art is getting better every day thanks to perfect microfoam.

Blown Away

I didn’t feel like I needed a new coffee machine until I came across the Meraki and slowly fell in love with what I was seeing. I came from a Breville barista pro and was overall fairly happy with that. Then I started to discover that I was getting channelling without realising it, was spending five times as long steaming my milk, and was always making a terrible first coffee but mediocre second and third (no heating of the machine). The Meraki took all the guess work out of it. I absolutely love the grind and brew by weight. The scheduled preheating of the machine is perfect for my morning routine - And the steam wand is out of this world powerful and consistent. I’m so in love with this machine I’ve already gotten rid of my old one which I was hanging onto out of skepticism for the Meraki. Definitely going to recommend this to friends and family.

Amazing Upgrade!

Upgraded last month from a Breville machine I’ve had for a few years now, I thought the workflow and quality of coffee on the breville was good, now I’m making coffee that I’d pick over any local coffee shop! Quick heat up and the dual boiler allowing me to pour a shot and steam milk simultaneously is a game changer, and the built in scales make life so easy!
Absolutely love the machine so far!

Zero Regrets

Finally pulled the trigger and purchased my Gen 2 a month ago, upgrading from a breville with seperate grinder and having 10+ steps to make my coffee every morning.
The Meraki has completely changed the way I now make my coffees, so much faster and more enjoyable and a steam wand that actually has enough power to make great microfoam!
Without a doubt the best upgrade I’ve made.

Worth the investment!

I’ve been looking for a good espresso machine to invest in, and I considered everything from Breville to expensive Italian machines but none of them had this combination of features at a similar price point. From its commercial grade rotary pump to dual boilers and quality grinder, it’s a great investment and decision. I make at least 10 coffees back to back when I have guests and it’s always consistent. Even with grocery store beans it delivers beautiful crema and body. I recommend to everyone looking for a solid espresso setup.

Amazing

I have been using this amazing espresso machine multiple times a day and every day since I got it. It has been a part of my daily routine and enjoys. I can make a perfect drink for myself and, also, for my family as well. The quality of this product is excellent with advanced technology. I’m happy to recommend a super high quality product with great value!

Expensive but pulls good espresso very intuitive

I'm liking this machine at the moment. It took me a couple tries to calibrate my espresso beans but after that I was off to the races. It is very easy to tweak when something goes wrong you just need patience. The machine in pretty and does pull out shots nicely! Also I was concerned my tiny kitchen wouldn't allow me the space, but the foot print isn't super big and found myself able to make it work. My point here is that you don't need a huge foot print to make it work if you have a small space! The reason I got this is because although I have barista experience. My brother doesn't and I didnt want to have to always make his drinks. 20 minutes unboxed and he was already off to the races.

I’m very satisfied with the machine — it consistently delivers excellent espresso quality and precise control. The pre‑infusion system works well, though I see potential for improvement if the duration could be reduced slightly. This could be implemented easily through a software update.

It would also be great if the machine offered smart suggestions for parameter tuning, using flow‑rate data and extraction patterns to detect issues like channeling. These would be simple yet powerful enhancements to an already outstanding product.

I’ve been using the Meraki Gen 2 since its release in April 2026 and it’s been an exceptional machine capable of handling multiple coffees with ease. I came from using a traditional Italian coffee machine and have been self-taught for 9 years but as I moved abroad, I needed a machine that was compact and had all the features I needed. Meraki ticked all the boxes including price!

It’s consistent with extractions which is important for great tasting coffee. As I have the Gen 2 version, I can adjust more finer or coarser with precision. One of the biggest benefits is the built in scales on the grinder and extraction surface. I would usually need to manually scale which takes time. The milk frother is second to none. It’s powerful enough to heat and froth milk fast or you can adjust the pressure down in the settings if you’re a beginner so that you can get the right milk texture for latte art.

With its dual boiler system, you can extract and steam milk at the same time which is a huge time saver, especially if you’re coming from a single boiler machine. You’ll notice the difference right away.

The design is super aesthetic. When I get guests over, they always compliment on the machine. It makes any bench look amazing.

All in all, Meraki has been well-thought out and can caters towards beginners wanting the flexibility of an espresso machine and appreciate great coffee, those looking to upgrade from a capsule machine or single boiler, and even experienced baristas wanting a machine that ticks all the boxes to still make great tasting coffee from single origins, the Meraki is a 10/10.

You’ll love it!

My Meraky

Before all I would like to tell you that I am a Tech specialist to repair and servicing all major brands of home espresso for over 45 years. When I discovered the Meraki I didn't hesitate and I ordered one black. From the description I knew the Meraki was the best of all. Now I used my Meraki everyday and I'm totally convinced that was the best choice. 👌

A cup of heaven!

I’ve been using various Breville and seperate grinders for so long and recently, this year, switched to the Meraki. It’s been so nice not having to weigh every shot in and out and actually getting consistency out of my shots. The lack of cup warmer is a good thing as the beans last longer and are consistent. Other integrated grinders warm the cups AND the beans which makes it troublesome for consistency. The workflow and taste is so good and it doesn’t wake up the little ones when it runs! So quiet 😊
